Meeting design and facilitation
Go Lean will get you started toward conducting successful meetings by working with your leadership team to design successful meetings for a broad range of subjects from developing strategic plans to conflict resolution. We would facilitate initial meetings to model appropriate facilitation behavior while coaching internal leaders to be effective facilitators. Our objective is to grow leaders that are effective facilitators.
