Executive coaches are determinedly obscure. They seek to help leaders by scheduling private time, and/or group time with any leader, whenever and wherever they want. The aim of an executive coach is to move about an organization and become one of the closest -- and least known -- advisors to those who lead the organization.
Executive coaches observe critique and advise in the areas of effective leadership and leadership behavior. They advise leaders on implementing structures, strategies and systems that will help the people in the organization reach and exceed personal goals that are attached to the business goals of the organization.
